This waiver applies to all participants included in the associated booking, whether one or multiple individuals. (If participants include minors, the signer confirms they are the parent or legal guardian.)

1. Assumption of Risk I understand that skateboarding is a physical activity that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, loss of balance, equipment failure, weather conditions, and surface conditions. These risks may result in injury, illness, property damage, or serious injury. I voluntarily choose to participate in Skate ATL activities and/or allow the listed participants to participate, with full knowledge of these risks.

2. Release of Liability in consideration of participation in Skate ATL lessons, events, or programs, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Skate ATL, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation. This release applies to all participants listed above, including minors, and applies to injuries, damages, or losses caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Responsibility I affirm that all participants covered by this waiver are physically capable of participating in skateboarding activities. I assume full responsibility for any medical costs incurred due to injury or illness related to participation. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Skate ATL staff to seek medical treatment for any listed participant if necessary. I understand Skate ATL is not responsible for resulting medical expenses.

4. Safety Acknowledgment I understand that helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads are strongly recommended and may be required for certain sessions. I agree that all participants will follow Skate ATL safety rules and instructor guidance. Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the session without refund.

5. Minors If any participant covered by this waiver is under the age of 18, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of that participant and that I accept full responsibility for their participation, behavior, and safety during Skate ATL activities.

6. Photo & Media ReleaseI grant Skate ATL permission to use photographs or videos taken during lessons or events for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, without compensation. If you disagree, please contact:for more information.
