So I went over to 4th ward today and lurked around on the hill to get some photos and video. It was the first time that I’ve been over there since the foundation was torn down. The park is coming along great. I think the panorama photo came out pretty cool. Sorry the video is so shaky but I was having a hard time keeping my footing standing on that steep hill and I shot it with my phone.
Once the park is open we will be maintaining a daily video blog with footage from 4th Ward over at http://www.4thWardSkatepark.com. So once the park is up and going, check out that site for fresh skate footage from the park everyday.
Anyways, here’s some photos and a video clip I took today of the park progress.
Hazard County will be premiering the new Bones video on Friday February 25th. Admission to this event is free, and there will be a raffle for wheels, t-shirts, & other prizes. Bones definitely has a top notch team, so this should be a sick video.

Hazard posted up a video from the Element Make It Count contest from a few weeks back. Some great skating went down. Travis Glover took the overall winner for the contest and as you can see in the video he just murdered the park. Congrats Travis!
